Plavi Podrum

Tucked into Volosko's harbor — the little fishing village next door that punches way above its weight — Plavi Podrum has a Michelin recommendation for good reason. The octopus is tender enough to cut with a look, and the risotto nero (squid ink risotto) is probably the best on this stretch of coast. Sit outside, watch the boats, order too much food. That's the Volosko way.
