Opatija's best coffee stop, right on the main promenade with a sea-view terrace that'll make your Instagram followers jealous. Kaokakao nails the brunch thing — good eggs, proper pastries, and coffee that actually tastes like coffee (a rarer find in Croatia than you'd think). Come early on weekends or prepare to hover awkwardly waiting for a terrace seat.
