Mošćenička Draga Beach

Worth the 15-minute drive south from Opatija. Mošćenička Draga is one of the most beautiful pebble beaches on this stretch of coast — white-ish pebbles, water so clear it looks photoshopped, and a charming village backdrop. Less touristy than Opatija's beaches, with a handful of konoba-style restaurants right on the waterfront. If you only visit one beach outside town, make it this one.
